Terms and Conditions

Bookings made on this website for any stay at One Hive indicates your agreement to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS.  Please read them carefully to ensure you understand the contract.

GENERAL
Your contract is with One Hive Hotels & Suites, its staff, associates, and affiliates and hereinafter referred to as Hotel.

The general terms & conditions covers schedules, fees, add-ons, and booking confirmations as your contract together with the rules and regulations that apply during your stay.

BOOKINGS
All bookings may be made online or through our reservations call center or at the hotel itself.

Payment options must be determined at the time of booking.  We accept cash payments and bank transfers only.  All bank transfers must include a transmittal of the deposit slip and/or transaction number relayed to the hotel email address.  A payment processing fee may apply.  For walk-in payments, we accept cash only.

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be sent to you through email.  You MUST produce a copy of this upon check-in.  It will be sent to the email address that you provided in your registration.  Upon arrival at the hotel, this must be presented together with a valid ID (Passport, government issued ID). If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours, please contact us.

The Guest named in the Booking Confirmation must be the same person staying at the hotel  Otherwise, management reserves the right to cancel the booking.

All bookings and their status may be checked on our website.  We are not responsible for any errors made to your bookings.  Accuracy of your details will be asked at all times throughout the process.

RATES
Rates shown on the site are charged on a per room night basis.  Rates may change at any time without prior notice.

RESTRICTIONS
Pets are not allowed to ensure everyone’s safety.  For the same reason, any electrical appliances for heating and/or cooking are prohibited.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 2:00PM
Check-out time is 12:00PM

All room bookings made without payment will only be held until 6:00PM.  After which, these will be released.  Rooms that are paid, are considered fully paid  unless cancelled twenty-four (24) hours prior to stay.

Any check-out beyond the stipulated check-out time will be charged accordingly. 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Bookings made are non-refundable.  Changes in names are allowed up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to check-in.  Changes in dates are allowed up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to booking.  Anything made thereafter will be charged a cancellation fee.

LIMITATION
One Hive Hotels & Suites is only responsible in the provision of rooms and add-ons as stated in accordance to this terms & conditions.  We do not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted beyond our control.

We are not in a position to guarantee Guest’s safety against fortuitous events including but not limited to death, accidents, acts of God, flood, riot, theft and negligence.  We are not responsible for all damages resulting from activities entered into by the Guest at his own volition.
